How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can switch between Delm pricing plans at any time to better fit your store traffic. All features are included in every plan, so you only need to choose the tier that matches your monthly view requirements.


Changing your plan


To change your current subscription, follow these steps:


  1. Open the Delm app in your Shopify Admin.
  2. Click on Billing in the navigation menu.
  3. Select the new plan you would like to use.
  4. Confirm the new subscription via the Shopify billing prompt.


Your new plan will take effect immediately.


How billing is adjusted


Shopify handles all app billing, including any plan changes. When you switch plans mid-cycle, Shopify automatically manages the difference:


  • Upgrading: If you move to a higher plan, Shopify will prorate the cost for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrading: If you move to a lower plan, the new rate will be reflected in your next billing period.


The adjusted charge will appear on your next official Shopify invoice alongside your other app subscriptions.
