How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Delm subscription at any time. Depending on whether you want to stop using the app entirely or simply move to a free tier, there are two ways to do this.

Option 1: Uninstall the app

If you want to stop using Delm completely, uninstalling the app will automatically cancel your recurring subscription. Shopify will stop all future charges for the app immediately upon removal.

Option 2: Downgrade to the Free plan

If you want to keep the app installed but stop being charged, you can downgrade to our Free plan at any time.

1. Open the Delm app in your Shopify Admin.
2. Click on Billing in the navigation menu.
3. Click the Cancel subscription button.

Your paid subscription will be canceled, and you will move to the free tier immediately. Any usage for the current billing cycle will be handled by Shopify's standard billing rules.
