How are widget views counted?
A view is counted every time a Delm widget is displayed on your store. Because each display requires real-time calculations using your specific rules, product data, and customer context, our pricing is tied directly to your actual usage.
What counts as a view?
- Page Loads: Every time a customer loads a page where the widget is active, one view is counted.
- Variant Changes: When a customer selects a different size or color, the widget performs a new request to our server to calculate the correct date for that specific variant. Each of these refreshes counts as a new view.
- Multiple Widgets: If you have more than one Delm widget on a single page, we automatically batch them into a single request whenever possible. This counts as a single view to help you save on your monthly limit.
Monthly limits and notifications
Views reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over to the next period.
To help you manage your usage, we send automatic email notifications to your store's primary email address:
- When you are nearing your limit: We will alert you so you can decide if you need to upgrade.
- When you have exceeded your limit: We will notify you that the widget has stopped appearing until the next cycle.
If you exceed your limit, you can upgrade your plan at any time in the Delm dashboard to restore visibility immediately.
