Can I get a refund?

We want you to be happy with Delm. While we do not offer a "no questions asked" refund policy, we review every request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for our merchants.


When we offer refunds


We typically approve refund requests in the following scenarios:


  • Verified Technical Issues: If a bug or technical error on our end prevented the app from functioning as described and our team was unable to resolve it for you.
  • Billing Errors: If you were accidentally charged twice or billed the incorrect amount due to a system error.


Because Delm offers a 14-day free trial on all paid plans, we encourage you to use this period to ensure the app meets your needs before your first charge.


How to request a refund


All billing for Delm is processed through Shopify. Because we do not handle payments directly, any approved refund must be processed through the Shopify billing system.


To request a review, please contact our support team with:


  1. Your store URL.
  2. The date of the charge.
  3. A brief explanation of your request.


Once we review your request and verify the details, we will initiate the refund process via Shopify on your behalf. We aim to review and respond to all requests within 2 to 3 business days.
