Issue: Delm widget not displaying

This article explains common reasons why the Delm widget may not be displaying and how to troubleshoot them.

App is disabled



Ensure the Delm app is enabled. The widget will not appear if the app is disabled.

Verify that the Delm widget app block is added to your product details page.

Monthly view limit exceeded



Check if your plan's view limit has been reached. If exceeded, upgrade to a higher plan. Widgets will not display once the limit is reached.

Product hidden by visibility rule



If the widget is missing on specific products, confirm the product isn’t hidden by a visibility rule. Use the "Test data" section in Delm to review applicable rules.

Incorrect widget ID in app block



Ensure the widget ID in the app block settings is correct and free of unwanted characters. If no widget ID is specified, confirm a default widget is set.

No widgets created



Verify that at least one widget has been created in the Delm app.

Widget is not published



Ensure the widget is published. Draft widgets are only visible in the Shopify theme editor.

Language missing in widget



Confirm the widget includes the language currently active in your store.
